ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE
Admissions of all new EBICA students depends on his/her academic level, his/her capacity to adapt to our educational methods, the motivation of the child and the parents, and on the availability. A student may enrol and start class in the middle of a school year.
1. For a student starting Preschool, the School Director and the class teachers will meet the student and his/her family for an interview. The student will be invited to do a half day trial.
2. If a student has previously attended school : The School Director or the class teachers will review the school reports. Following the review, the student, his/her parents or legal guardians will be called for an interview. Primary and Secondary students will also have an interview to evaluate their French, English and maths levels. A trial day will then be arranged.
3. Once these steps have been taken, EBICA will contact the family to validate or refuse the application.
