It is Florence Lafforgue's vision to create a project that offers an educational environment which encourages a child to develop and succeed as an adult in his/her world.
She created her first bilingual school in Bordeaux in 1999 whilst on relocation to the Alpes-Maritimes, she prepared for the opening of her second school with the aid of Claude Lelievre, an experienced and qualified teacher. EBICA (Ecole Bilingue Internationale Cote d'Azur) opened in September 2006. A dedicated and competent team was put in place.

Since then parents have put their trust in EBICA, and allowed the school to grow.
Today EBICA has more than 65 children representing 18 different nationalities. The students follow a curriculum which is designed to take them through to the end of Middle school and later on to the baccalaureat.
