EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM INTRODUCTION
The school fees are solely used for the educational services of our school. The balancing of our budget depends on the regularity of payments. Students fees are paid on an annual basis spread over 10 months. The teachers and administrative staff are paid on an annual basis spread over 12 months. Our school receives no subsidies or state endowments.
Registration fee 2008-2009
EBICA requires a registration fee of 800 euros per student. This gives access to enrolment or access to a waiting list. This fee is non refundable, except if EBICA cannot offer a place requested.
School Fees 2008 - 2009
The fees include : the teaching hours, outside classroom supervision/responsibility, and class supplies.
The fees do not include : extra curricular activities, support language lessons, morning supervision from 8.00 am to 8.30 am, certain extra curricular supplies, examination fees, day trips and school excursions.(All EBICA school trips must be prepaid before the trip can be organised).

REDUCTIONS ON RESTAURANT FEES 2008-2009
EBICA will only refund school restaurant fees, when a written demand has been sent by the family for the following reasons : Due to sickness (15 consecutive days during school terms), on presentation of a medical certifcate, special dietary requirements, on presentation of a medical certifcate and due to a move and to changing schools.
