Communication
OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO ALLOW EVERY CHILD TO WORK IN A STRUCTURED AND MOTIVATING ENVIRONMENT IN ORDER TO HELP HIM/HER BECOME INDEPENDENT AND TO DEVELOP HIS/HER INTELLIGENCE. IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THIS, CLOSE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARENTS AND THE SCHOOL IS ESSENTIAL.
PARENT-TEACHER COMMUNICATION
Every morning the teachers greet the children in the class room at 8.30am. After school at 4.30pm the parents can exchange any practical information concerning their child. For any detailed questions or explanation, parents are asked to make an appointment through the office to see the teacher
PARENT-ADMINISTRATION COMMUNICATION
The Principals of the school are available to answer any questions regarding the child’s scolarity. Please make an appointment through the office.
PARENTS IN THE CLASSROOM
From the 2nd trimester, children can invite their parents to see their work in the classroom. Please make an appointment through the office.
COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES
The Yellow Book
Each child has a Yellow Book, this is very important in order to establish a daily link between the child, the parents and the teacher. This book must be taken home by the child, signed by the parents and returned to the classroom the following day.

The child can note down the homework tasks for the next day. |

Parents can write messages and notes to the teacher for an appointment, ask any questions, and inform the teachers of absences. |

Teachers can inform parents of school events in this book (excursions, authorisations and events…), as well as the situation of the child’s academic progress. |

The Red & Blue File
Every month your child takes his/her work home in the Red (French) & Blue (English) File. The parents are asked to look at the work produced, sign it and return the work and the file.
The Letter box
A letter box is available for parents and it is situated inside the school on the wall by the offce door. You can drop off any paperwork, questions, tuition fees, in this box. If you do drop off any of the above, please remember to include your name and telephone number.
Individual Teacher Meetings
Teachers are always available for any questions or concerns. Please make an appointment through the office.

Parents-School-meetings
Three parents meetings are held every school year, one during each trimester. Your presence is essential. This is a time to share information about the child’s academic progress and their school life in general.
